People are getting phone calls from loved ones who have died telling them to kill themselves. Dean receives a call from John (guest star Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and he tells Dean that he knows who the demon is and how to get out of the contract that will send his soul to Hell. Sam and Dean argue because Sam distrusts the information that Dean is receiving by phone.
